1. Operating Entity & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Montr AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, governing your access to and use of LoopResume AI, our websites, applications, and associated career development services.

If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of an institution, university, placement cell, or enterprise recruitment agency, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to form a binding contract. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use LoopResume AI under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Description of SaaS Services

LoopResume AI is an online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides career preparation, resume optimization, and job application tools, including:

• Structured resume creation, editing, formatting, and vector-clean PDF and DOCX export;
• Deterministic Applicant Tracking System (ATS) parsing simulations and rubric-based score evaluations;
• AI-assisted bullet point optimization and role-specific tailoring using structured prompts;
• Targeted cover letter drafting and personalized career asset generation;
• Public and password-protected web resume hosting and sharing links; and
• Collaborative organization workspaces for campus Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and talent acquisition agencies.

All services are delivered purely electronically over the web. We do not provide physical merchandise or offline consulting unless expressly agreed under an enterprise statement of work.

4. User Accounts & Security

To access advanced features and save resumes, you must register for an account at app.loopresumeai.com. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and authentication tokens;
• Promptly notify us at hi@loopresumeai.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorized account access or security breach; and
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your authenticated credentials.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use LoopResume AI solely for legitimate career development and lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Input, generate, or publish fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, or misleading work experiences, credentials, or certifications;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from any software or scoring rubric powering the platform;
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or batch crawlers to extract templates, rubrics, or platform assets without express written consent;
• Bypass, circumvent, or manipulate subscription limits, fair use API quotas, or security mechanisms;
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to LoopResume AI accounts to third parties without an authorized enterprise contract; or
• Upload files containing malicious scripts, viruses, or corrupt data designed to compromise server infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice or refund.

6. Subscription Plans, Billing & Payment Processing

LoopResume AI provides both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Forever Plan: Available at ₹0 with no credit card required. Includes 2 resumes, 3 cover letters, a monthly allowance of AI writer and editor uses and ATS score checks, PDF and DOCX export, and 1 public resume link. Plan allowances are set out on the Pricing page and may change.
• Paid Subscriptions (Starter and Career): Billed on a recurring monthly basis at the listed rates (Starter: promotional offer price ₹199/month, regular price ₹399/month; Career: promotional offer price ₹499/month, regular price ₹699/month; or equivalent in international currencies). Starter includes 20 resumes, 50 cover letters, 200 AI writer and editor uses, 200 ATS score checks, 2 mock interviews a month, company-style interview questions, job-description import from a link, and 5 public resume links. Career raises these to 100 resumes, 200 cover letters, 1,000 AI uses, 1,000 ATS checks, 6 mock interviews a month, and 10 public resume links.
• Enterprise & TPO Plans: Custom multi-seat workspaces for universities and recruitment agencies billed per agreed commercial order forms.

Authorized Payment Processors: We partner with trusted, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment gateways to process transactions securely:

• Razorpay Software Private Limited: Handles domestic Indian transactions in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) via UPI, RuPay, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit cards.
• Dodo Payments / Stripe, Inc.: Handles international payments in USD ($) and foreign currencies, acting as authorized payment processors / Merchant of Record.

Zero Card Data Storage: Montr AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. never collects, stores, or processes sensitive raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or bank PINs on its servers. All payment credentials are encrypted directly through our payment processors.

Recurring Renewals: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Applicable taxes, including statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Indian residents, are displayed during checkout.

7. Digital Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

Software access and account upgrades are provisioned digitally and instantaneously (typically within 0–5 minutes) upon successful payment confirmation. 8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your account settings (Dashboard > Settings > Billing) with zero cancellation fees. Cancelling disables future auto-renewals while retaining paid-plan access until the conclusion of your current billing period.

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new subscribers who are unsatisfied or were charged in error. Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please review our full terms in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

LoopResume AI utilizes artificial intelligence models to assist with wording suggestions, rubric scoring, and structural formatting. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are assistive recommendations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the factual accuracy, truthfulness, and integrity of all content before submitting resumes to employers.
• NO GUARANTEE OF INTERVIEWS OR EMPLOYMENT: LoopResume AI makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that using our software, scoring high on our ATS rubrics, or utilizing AI-tailored text will result in recruiter outreach, job interviews, hiring offers, or specific employment outcomes. Hiring decisions rest solely with prospective employers.
• Applicant Tracking System configurations vary across employers. While our scoring mirrors enterprise parsers (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever), individual corporate filtering criteria may differ.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOOPRESUME AI AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MONTR AI LABS PVT. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR AGGREGATE MONETARY LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO LOOPRESUME AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Montr AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or any infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights by your user-submitted content.

13. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, abuse our systems, or violate applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account data in your settings or emailing hi@loopresumeai.com.

14. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Grievance Redressal

These Terms, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of LoopResume AI shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Subject to mandatory informal resolution, the competent courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings or disputes arising out of these Terms.
